Chris Ellis

As Chief Financial Officer, Chris is responsible for GTC and NRS accounting and finance, human resources, and facilities functions with a focus on growth and process improvement.

A senior finance executive with demonstrated success across a wide range of technology organizations, Chris brings more than 30 years of finance and accounting experience in senior leadership roles across a wide range of businesses and public companies. He is also well versed in corporate transactions including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and raising capital.

Prior to joining GTC/NRS, Chris held leadership positions in public accounting and in finance administration at a number of firms including iMakeNews and Engage. 

Chris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Bentley University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Chris lives and works out of the Boston area.
